1. Apply at your home university by writing a motivation letter and a resume. Include your transcripts in

    the application package.

2. Once you are selected by your home university, you can start to apply for a scholarship of the Flemish

     governement. Review the comments of your hometown university and make some  edits to your

     application package.

​3. If you are selected: congratulations! Otherwise you still have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship of

      the Washington Center. For more information see​ Cost Prize & Scholarships.
​



​4. Now you can start to apply for the Washington Center program. Start collecting letters of recommendation,      ​transcripts and a copy of the first page of your passport. In addition, you need to write a statement of

     professional interest and an issues essay.

​5. Register and start to practice for a TOEFL test. You need to obtain a minimum of 80 out of 120.
